1- Object and acceptance of the general conditions

The Florêve Paris site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet at the address www.floreveparis.com. It is open to any user of this network (hereinafter referred to as "User").

The Site allows Florêve to offer cosmetic products for sale to Internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Users”). For the application hereof, it is agreed that the User and Florêve will be collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually referred to as "Party", and that the User having validated an order will then be referred to as "Buyer". The rights and obligations of the User necessarily apply to the Buyer.

Any order for a Product offered on the Site presupposes the consultation and express acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without however this acceptance being conditioned by a handwritten signature on the part of the User.

It is specified that the User can save or print these general conditions of sale, provided however that they do not modify them.

Florêve reserves the right to modify these General and Specific Conditions of Sale at any time, without notice, it being understood that such modifications will not apply to reservations and orders previously accepted and confirmed by the Buyer.

These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other document.

2- Products sold on www.floreveparis.com

All product offers offered on the Site are limited to Metropolitan France and Corsica.

The Buyer may, prior to his order, take note, on the Florêve Site, of the essential characteristics of the product(s) he wishes to order.

Purchase offers including promotional offers are valid as long as they are announced on the Site.

3- Prices of products for sale on the site

The prices appearing on this Site are indicated in Euros all taxes included and are subject to variation during the year, it being understood that the products ordered are invoiced at the prices in force when the order is recorded.

They do not include shipping costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the amount of the order. The shipping costs will be indicated before the registration of the order by the Buyer.

The prices include the value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable rate will be automatically passed on to the price of the products sold by Florêve on its Site.

4- Orders

Any order implies acceptance without restriction or reservation of these general conditions of sale.

The Purchaser accepts that Florêve's order registration systems serve as proof of the nature of the agreement and its date.

The amount of each order is limited to the sum of 1,000 Euros per order.

When the order is confirmed by clicking on the button "Complete the order", the Buyer declares to accept this one as well as the present general conditions of sale. The order form can be printed.

As soon as the order is registered, a detailed acknowledgment of receipt thereof will be sent to the Buyer, to the email address that he will have indicated.v This acknowledgment of receipt will specify the exact amount invoiced and the terms of delivery of the order.

This acknowledgment of receipt constitutes acceptance of the order and will validate the transaction subject to payment of the order.

In case of unavailability of one or more products after placing the order, you will be notified by e-mail. The amount of your order will be recalculated and you will be debited the new amount, minus the missing products. If your order is completely unavailable you will be notified by email and you will not be charged.

You can also cancel an order placed on the site by contacting Customer Service at

+33 (0)6 68 35 42 77. If Customer Service informs you that the order has already been processed, you cannot cancel it: you will then have to refuse the package when you receive your order.

Florêve however reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order from a Buyer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason relating in particular to the abnormal nature of the order.

5- Payments

All orders are payable in euros.

To pay for his order, the Buyer has the following payment method: Paypal.

The Buyer guarantees to Florêve that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment he has chosen, when registering the order form.

Florêve reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum due by the Purchaser or in the event of payment incident.

Penalties of an amount equal to the legal interest rate plus five points are automatically applicable to amounts unpaid at the end of a period of ten days following the invoice date.

As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to your order may be transmitted to any competent authority for verification.

6- Delivery of orders

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form, according to the delivery method chosen from the methods described on the Shipping/Delivery page. Delivery will be made within an average of 2 to 7 days from receipt of the order form, depending on the delivery method chosen and at most within 30 days from receipt of the order form.

7- Legal guarantee

The Buyer benefits from the provisions of the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to articles L. 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the legal guarantee against hidden defects pursuant to articles 1641 and following of the Consumer Code.

In the event of a lack of conformity of the product, in particular due to an anomaly or an error in the references delivered, the Buyer may choose to return the product to Florêve and obtain a refund.

Return costs will be reimbursed by Florêve at the Buyer's request.

8- Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the product, to return at his expense, the products ordered, for reimbursement.

The refund will be made by any means of payment of the Buyer's choice expressed after the exercise of his right of withdrawal, at the latest within 14 days following the date on which the right is exercised (upon receipt of the returned order or proof of shipment of the returned product).

9- Instructions for returning products

The products can be returned by the Buyer under the conditions and according to the instructions below:

We accept the return of any item purchased on the site if it is returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the Buyer.

We invite the buyer to attach to his shipment the Return Form attached to his order or available here, in order to facilitate the processing of the said return.

The refund concerns the total amount paid on purchase, including delivery costs. It should be noted that under Article L. 121-21-4 of the Consumer Code, only standard delivery costs will be covered (the amounts corresponding to express or special shipments will not be covered ).

The shipping costs of the return package remain the responsibility of the Buyer. In the event of a technical anomaly or an error in the references delivered, the return costs will be refunded to you.

The product must be intact, in its original state, in its packaging, with its accessories and instructions. It must not have been used.

If a box or a set should be returned, it is imperative to send the entire box or set.

In the particular cases of altered texture or perfume or an intolerance, we invite you to contact us beforehand by telephone at

Whatever the reason for returning the products to Florêve, the Buyer is advised to follow the following instructions in order to facilitate the processing of the said return:

Use the original unopened product packaging to return the product.

Complete and attach the Return Slip to be detached from the Delivery Slip.

Any risk related to the return of the product is the responsibility of the Buyer

10- Retention of title

Florêve retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, costs and taxes included.

11- Liability

Florêve cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of a shortage of stock, except in the event of promotion by the price not intended to sell stocks, or in the event of unavailability of the product due to a case of force. major.

Florêve declines all responsibility:

for any interruption of the site;

for any occurrence of bugs;

for any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of the information made available on the site;

12- Intellectual property

In accordance with the laws governing the ownership of literary and artistic rights or other similar rights, this Site and all elements, brands, designs, models, photographs, texts, illustrations, logos, sequences animated or not, sound or not, graphics etc found on this site as well as their compilation are the exclusive property of Florêve, which does not grant any license or any right other than that of consulting the Site. The reproduction, or the use of all or part of these elements is only authorized for the exclusive purposes of information for personal and private use, any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes being expressly prohibited. 13- Computing and Freedom

14- Applicable law

Sales of Florêve products are subject to French law.

15- Mediation

The Buyer is informed of the possibility of resorting to consumer mediation for disputes that may arise in connection with the sale of Florêve products. Referral to the mediator is only possible if the Buyer has already contacted Customer Service and has not obtained an answer or satisfaction to his complaint.
